If you search on the internet, you can find a publication called “Electric Vehicles” by Charles W Marshall. It describes electric vehicle technologies, from the e-motors, drive trains and batteries. Pretty much everything you need to know on the operation and manufacture of such vehicles. The date of publication might surprise you – 1925. One can only assume that the oil and gas industry may have had a hand in derailing that potential future, but economies and attitudes have changed, and we are back to electric transport.
